I have received a faulty product.

We are truly sorry if you have received a damaged item from us. We can only assume this occurred during the manufacturing process and has somehow slipped through the net. Please send us an image so we can look into this & organise for another one to be sent to you!

I have received an incorrect item in my order.

We’re really sorry if we’ve made a mistake with your order. Please send us a message so we can fix this for you right away.

How does exchange work?

You can apply for an Exchange from your lookbait account. Login to your account and go to the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on ‘View/Edit Order Details’ for the respective order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Cancelling process

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into your lookbait account, clicking on ‘Orders’ and then ‘Cancel order’.

If you want to edit your order, we will not be able to change anything once the order is shipped. For any changes in your order, before it has been shipped, contact us at team.lookbait@gmail.com and we will reach back to you with what can be done from our side.

Shipping charges

We provide FREE shipping for all orders above Rs. 699. A shipping charge will be applicable only on orders below Rs. 699.

Any hidden charges

There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.

Is it possible to add more products in my order?

Orders can be edited before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will have to place a fresh order.
